TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2015

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of receipt of the following applications

1) Erection of first floor rear extension; expanded customer seating area at first floor; reduction of customer seating area at ground floor at 53 High Street Dartford Kent (Application Ref. DA/25/00542/FUL)

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Dartford Town Centre Conservation Area and in addition, affect the setting of a Listed Building.

2) Application under Schedule 2, Part 3, Class MA of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (as amended) as to whether prior approval is required for change of use of first and second floor, loft space and part ground floor offices from commercial, business and service (Use Class E) to create dwellinghouses (Use Class C3) to provide eight residential flats at 4 - 8 Hythe Street Dartford Kent

which will, in the opinion of the Local Planning Authority, affect the character or appearance of the Dartford Town Centre Conservation Area (Application Ref. DA/25/00605/PMA).
