I, Sharon McWilliams, intend to apply for retention planning permission for development at No.11 Hillview, Luddan, Buncrana, Co. Donegal in the townland of Luddan.

The development will consist of retention planning permission for (1) Extension to sunroom and changes to fenestration pattern and roof design previously granted permission under Planning Ref. No. 24/50083. (2) Corner window at first floor level to front elevation, two No. extra windows at first floor level to side elevation, velux rooflight to rear elevation and changes to roof design previously granted permission under Planning Ref. No. 21/51275 . (3) Retention of security wall with arch and gate at rear of property.

The planning application may be inspected or purchased at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy, at the offices of the Planning Authority at the County House, Lifford, Co. Donegal during it & public opening hours.

A submission or observation in relation to the application may be made in writing to the Planning Authority on payment of the prescribed fee €20, within the period of 5 weeks beginning on the date of receipt by the Authority of the application, such submissions or observations will be considered by the Planning Authority in making a decision on the application. The Planning Authority may grant permission subject to, or without conditions, or may refuse to grant permission.
