25/00945/FUL - Mowbray Villas Mowbray Road Sunderland SR2 7EA. George Alexander Estates Limited is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Conversion of former offices to a 30 bedroom co-living accommodation (students/young professionals), window upgrade and associated external works. (amended 04.06.25) This relates to a proposal which affects the setting of various listed buildings which are included in the Statutory List of Buildings of Architectural or Historic Interest.

NOTICE OF PLANNING APPLICATION
I hereby give notice that an application for the following proposed development has now been received.
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the Development Plan. The application is accompanied by an environmental statement.
Proposed development at; Land East Of North Road Hetton-le-Hole Houghton-le-Spring. Persimmon Homes (Durham) is applying to the Local Planning Authority for: Construction of 240 dwellings (use class C3) with associated access, landscaping and infrastructure (additional information received 31/03/2025, 01/05/2025, 13/05/2025 and 14/05/2025, and amended landscape plans and full copy of Environmental Statement received 02/06/2025).
