Notice of Application for Planning Permission for Development which may not accord with the Provisions of the Development Plan

Proposed development at Land At Thames Road, Thames Road, Crayford

I give notice that application is being made by Mr M Malone to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for:–

Outline application with all matters reserved apart from site layout, access and scale for the creation of a public access multi-vehicle ev charging hub station and commercial unit

Members of the public can view the application, and submit any observations on the proposal, using the Planning Application Information Online system on the Council’s website using the following link:-

Notification of an Application for Planning Permission within the Christ Church Conservation Area

Proposed development at 22 Stanhope Road, Sidcup, Kent

I give notice that application is being made by Mr N Seboa to the London Borough of Bexley Council for planning permission for:–

Retrospective application for change of use from Residential (Class C3) to House of Multiple Occupation (Class C4) and proposed single storey rear extension following demolition of existing rear extension and installation of solar panels to rear roof slope.
