Installation of solar photovoltaic panels to southern roofslope - which falls within the Beckenham Town Centre Conservation Area, the character or appearance of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance which falls within the Beckenham St. Georges Conservation Area, the character or appearance of which it is desirable to preserve or enhance.

Minor material amendment under Section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 to allow removal of conditions 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 of Prior Approval permission 25/00473/CUTEG3 (granted for Change of use of class E, second, third floor from Use Class E to 2no residential dwellings (Use Class C3) under Class G, Part 3, Schedule 2 of the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) Order 2015 (as amended) (56 day application for prior approval in respect of transport and highways impacts, noise impacts from commercial premises, provision of adequate natural light to all habitable rooms, and floor space)).
