25/00926/PA - LAND ADJOINING EASTERFIELD FARM Three Elm Lane Golden Green Tonbridge – Mr Kellett is applying for Change of use from agricultural to domestic use. No changes to the site or boundaries will be made. Reason: LB

25/00948 & 25/00949/PA - BOURNE GRANGE OAST WEST TONBRIDGE ROAD HADLOW TONBRIDGE TN11 0DZ – Mr Ball is applying for Listed Building Application: Conversion of garage into a room plus storage area. The storage area will be accessed from the outside via the existing garage door with no change to the exterior. Reason: CA, LB, HH
