The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent

1. Replacement pointing at 15, Hill Top Fold, Slaithwaite, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/91231.

2. Refurbishment of external store with new roofing, timber structure, timber cladding and doors at The Mansion Storthes Hall, Storthes Hall Lane, Kirkburton, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/91224.

The following planning applications have been received which are for Listed Building Consent and would affect the setting of a Listed Building

3. Planning Permission & Listed Building Consent for installation of 6 no. additional antennas on new brackets fixed off the existing support poles, the removal and replacement of 3 no. existing antennas with 3 no. upgraded antennas on existing support poles, and ancillary development thereto at Kirke House, Church Street, Paddock, Huddersfield. Application Nos. 2025/91282 & 2025/91283.

The following planning application has been received which affects the setting of a Listed Building

4. Formation of vehicular access and hardstanding at 896, New Hey Road, Outlane, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/90895.

The following planning applications have been received which are either within a Conservation Area or affect its setting

5. Erection of single storey rear extension at 4, Thirstin Mill Court, Honley, Holmfirth. Application No. 2025/90952.

6. Erection of extensions and raising roof at Lyndise, Little Lane, Wooldale, Holmfirth. Application No. 2025/90902.

7. Installation of roof-mounted solar panels at 4, High Lea, Marsden, Huddersfield. Application No. 2025/91176.

8. Erection of external steps and retaining wall with excavation works and associated alterations at 20, Upperthong Lane, Holmfirth. Application No. 2025/91191.

The following planning application has been received which is for Discharge of Conditions of a Listed Building Consent
9. Discharge of details reserved by condition 4 (windows finish) on previous permission 2023/90043 for Listed Building Consent for erection of single storey extension with associated works and solar panels (Listed Building within a Conservation Area) at Carr Farm, Upper Gate, Hepworth, Holmfirth. Application No. 2025/91091.
