SCHEDULE 23 PART V DISPOSAL OF OPEN SPACE LAND
Notice is hereby given that the Council of the Borough of Stockton-on-Tees intends to dispose of the land described below, which form pan of public open spaces: - Land adjacent to Westbury Street and Peel Street, Thornaby, TS17 6PG, measuring 1,505 Square meters/1,646 Square Yards or thereabouts.
Plans identifying the land are on deposit at Stockton Council, Dunedin House, Columbia Drive, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees, TS17 6BJ, and may be examined there upon request at landandproperty@stockton.gov.uk
Any objections to the proposed disposal should be made in writing to the Valuation and Property Manager, Dunedin House, Columbia Drive, Thornaby, Stockton-on-Tees, TS17 6BJ, before Monday 30th June 2025.
