What is planned?

Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council

TAKE NOTICE that the Borough Council has received the following planning applications and listed building consents (LBC) submitted under The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:

*R/2025/0383/CA: Alterations to front garden and boundary wall to provide vehicle parking; access over highway verge and retaining wall at 100 Belmangate, Guisborough

*As the above applications are householder applications, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission dealt with on the basis of written representations, any representations made will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment.

R/2025/0205/CA: Two storey rear extension and side conservatory at 182/184 Coatham Road, Redcar

R/2025/0220/CA: Replacement windows and door to shop front at Marske Home Furnishings and Marske Blinds, 21 The Wynd, Marske

R/2025/0303/CA: Change of use to cocktail bar at 7 Station Buildings, Station Square, Saltburn

R/2025/0315/CA: Change of use and conversion to 3(no) self-contained flats; staircase to rear at 3 Amber Street, Saltburn

R/2025/0330/CA: Change of use to children's home at Toad Hall Arms, High Street, Moorsholm

R/2025/0331/CA: New shop front at 5 Church Street, Guisborough

Applications which affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 67 of The Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990:

R/2025/0339/FF: Boundary wall and paving at Upsall Hall, Middlesbrough Road, Nunthorpe

R/2025/0331/CA: New shop front at 5 Church Street, Guisborough

Applications can be viewed on the Council's website: www.redcar-cleveland.gov.uk/Planning and documents downloaded. 

Anyone who wishes to make representations on the above should make them in writing to the Section within 21 days of the date of this notice. 

Under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985 any representations made are available for public inspection.
