2. Replacement of existing wooden framed windows with aluminium framed
windows and existing Georgian styled wooden door with a solid wooden

5. Rye Conservation Area. Internal alterations to separate the two buildings
back to as original, external alterations to enclose garden and redecoration of the front entrance door. 80 & 84 High Street- Bank Chambers, Rye

6. Northiam Conservation Area. Essential repairs to structure of Ivy Lodge.
Repair failing foundation slabs. Repair tile piers using lime-sand mortar mix
removing any failing mortar and replacing with like for like. Insert steel ties to repair broken timber beams. Great Dixter, Dixter Lane, Northiam

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1, 3 and 4 above. Listed Building Consent in respect of 2, 5 and 6 above.

The proposed development in respect of 1 above does not accord with the
provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
