What is planned?

APPLICATION FOR A MARINE CONSTRUCTION LICENCE UNDER PART 4 OF THE MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009.

A Marine License application has been made by Belfast Harbour Commissioners for the installation of 7 no. pontoon restraint piles and re-configuration of the pontoon layout at Belfast Harbour Marina, Abercorn Basin.



Marine and Fisheries Division DAERA, is the Marine Licensing authority for Northern Ireland, and controls the deposit of materials from the high water mean spring tide mark out to 12 nautical miles.
