Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent a Departure, Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule. 

MO/2025/0776 & MO/2025/0777, Fatface, 115 - 117, High Street, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1AL, Erection of replacement fascia and projecting signs, repairs to shopfront including re painting and internal decoration (application for Listed Building Consent). 

MO/2025/0871, The Vicarage, Guildford Road, Westcott, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 3QB, Variation of condition 2 of approved planning MO/2021/1744 for the conversion of existing vicarage to a pair of semidetached dwellings, including demolition of side extension, conversion of outbuilding to a studio dwelling, construction of detached dwelling and construction of a new detached vicarage to allow for amended drawings to show revised floor plans and elevations replacing drawing numbers 0206 PO1 and 0304PO1 

MO/2025/0890, Headley Hall, Headley Grove, Headley, Epsom, Surrey, KT18 6NR, Variation of condition 2 of planning permission MO/2024/1333 for the demolition of existing double garage and erection of an annex. Demolition of existing double garage and erection of replacement garage with flat roof to allow the overall height of the annex to be taller than approved by 260mm.

MO/2025/0904, Headley Court, Headley Road, Headley, Leatherhead, Surrey, KT18 6JW, Variation of Condition 12 of approved planning application MO/2020/0185/OUTMAJ for outline planning permission with all matters reserved except for access, for the consideration of the demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment to comprise up to 70 residential units (Use Class C3), landscaping, car parking, access routes and other associated works to allow the alignment of the tree removal strategy. 

MO/2025/0914, The Scarlett Arms, The Scarlett Arms (PH), Walliswood Green Road, Wallis Wood, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 5RD, Removal of a non-original false chimney stack in the rear dining area to create a flush wall, retention of the original fireplace in the adjacent bar area, creation of a new opening within the separating wall to form a double-sided fireplace serving both the bar and dining areas, Installation of a double-sided wood burning stove within the fireplace to serve both the bar and dining areas.
