What is planned?
LIVERPOOL CITY COUNCIL PUBLIC NOTICE
TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990
PLANNING (LISTED BUILDINGS & CONSERVATION AREAS) ACT 1990
The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
25H/1446 & 25L/1468 Riffel Lodge, 1 Woolton Park (25). Applicant Alan Jones. Retrospective planning application to erect a single storey rear extension.
25F/1255- 270 Picton Road (15) Applicant Fandy Al Johmani. To install external flue to side in connection with the use of the premises as a hot food take-away.
25F/1191 - Land bounded by Greenland Street, St James Street and New Bird Street (1) Applicant Mr Dave Little, Davos Property Developments Limited. To erect a 12 storey mixed use development consisting of 199 residential units (Use Class C3) and two commercial units on ground floor (Use Class E) and carry out associated works.
25L/1233 - Liverpool Lime Street Railway Station (1) Applicant Mr Athos Loizou, Costa Coffee Ltd. To refurbish existing Costa Coffee including replacement signage, new counter and internal alterations.
25F/1158 - Adjacent to LJMU Aldham Robarts Building (1) Applicant James Ryan, Liverpool John Moores University. To install a sub-station and associated works.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 26th June 2025 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
