Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:
Application No. 17/24/00068: Clinton House, Sharpham Road, Cheddar, BS27 3DR. Proposed two storey & single storey extensions & garage conversion along with new detached garage. This development may affect a public right of way. (Householder application).
Application No. 12/25/00005: Blew Farm, Bristol Road, Edithmead, Highbridge, TA9 4HA. Erection of a general purpose agricultural building. (Retrospective). This development may affect a public right of way.
For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage. Comments welcome by 26/06/2025.
