c) Variation of Condition 8 (approved plans) of planning
reference 22/02373/STVAR (Variation of Condition
8 (approved plans) of planning reference 20/01338/
STREM (Erection of 470 dwellings with associated
infrastructure, open space and landscaping following
Outline Planning Permission 14/03565/STOUT
(Appearance, Landscaping, Layout and Scale to be
considered) and amended by 23/40044/NONMAT
(Non-material amendment to increase the cavities
to 150mm, installation of solar PV panels and to
change plots 294, 399 and 443 from house type name
Windsor to Weaver and Warwick to Whitewater
further to 22/02373/STVAR) to allow for minor
alterations to the layout and house types on plots 6
to 11 and 308 to 399 at Land North of Strawberry
Fields Kingsgate Bridlington YO15 3NG
(Ref: 25/00528/STVAR)
Proposals (a,b) are each within a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (c) affects the setting of a Listed Building
under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (c) is a major development.
