What is planned?

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (Scotland) Regulations 2013 (as amended).

Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) as amended by the Town and Country Planning (Pre-Application Consultation) (Scotland) Regulations 2021.



Pre-application Consultation by Cruden Partnerships Ltd

Proposed Major Application at Former Postings Shopping Centre, Hunter Street, Kirkcaldy, Fife Erection of Residential Development (Class 9 and flats sui generis) with commercial units (Class 1A and/or 3), landscaping, access and associated works.

A public information/exhibition will be held at Kirkcaldy Galleries, War Memorial Gardens, Abbotshall Road, KY1 1YG on Wednesday 18th June between 3.30pm and 7.30pm, with members of the project team available to answer questions.
