What is planned?

Notice under regulation 7(2)(b) as amended by the Town and Country Planning (Pre-Application Consultation) (Scotland) Regulations 2021.
Pre-application Consultation by Cruden Partnerships Ltd
Proposed Major Application at Former Postings Shopping Centre, Hunter Street, Kirkcaldy, Fife Erection of Residential Development (Class 9 and flats sui generis) with commercial units (Class 1A and/or 3), landscaping, access and associated works.
A public information/exhibition will be held at Kirkcaldy Galleries, War Memorial Gardens, Abbotshall Road, KY1 1YG on Wednesday 18th June between 3.30pm and 7.30pm, with members of the project team available to answer questions.

Persons wishing to make comments on the proposal should do so by Wednesday 2nd July 2025
by post as per above or via the project website.
This notice does not relate to a planning application. Comments should not be made to Fife Council. Any comments made to the prospective applicant are not representations to the planning authority. If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Fife Council, normal neighbour notification and publicity will be undertaken at that time, and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations regarding the proposal at that time.
