AT: 12 Higher Road Longridge PR3 3SX
FOR: Planning Permission for replacement of rear porch, external steps and railings. Application number: 3/2025/0324
The following application affects Public Right of Way 108 in the Parish of Longridge. :- AT: The Barn Preston Road Longridge PR3 3BL FOR: Proposed replacement windows, additional velux windows, adjustment to four window openings, provision of pigeon-hole vents to gable wall. Glazed link to and conversion of garage to art studio, including timber cladding, infilling of door and replacement of vehicular door. Installation of Air Source Heat Pumps.
