The following planning application is within the Garstang Conservation Area: Application Number: 25/00315/FUL Proposal: Change of use from former
bank to two residential apartments Location: 12 High Street Garstang Preston Lancashire PR3 1HX Applicant: Mr Declan Stephen. Representations on the above application should be made by 25th June 2025 as after this date, the Council is entitled to make a decision on the application.
