c) Erection of a two storey extension to rear and

d) Erection of a stable block and construction of
a separate riding arena with timber fencing on
existing paddock area at Swallows Barn Birker Lane

e) Erection of ten employment units following
demolition of existing sheds at Bar Farm York Road
Barmby Moor YO42 4HS (Ref: 25/01206/PLF)
f) Erection of single storey extensions to side and rear
following demolition of existing outbuildings and
erection of porch to front at 4 Greenhills Cottages
Main Street Allerthorpe YO42 4RN

Proposals (a,b,f) are each within a Conservation Area
designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed
Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (b) affects the setting of a Listed Building
under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and
Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (e) is a departure from the approved
Development Plan of the area.
Proposals (c,d) affect a public right of way.

to view the application. A member of the library staff
will be able to assist you if required.
