I give notice that applications have been made to the Council of the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham as follows:

FOR DEVELOPMENT WHICH MAY AFFECT THE CHARACTER OR APPEARANCE OF A CONSERVATION AREA

Norrie Lodge 2 Edith Villas London W14 8UP 2025/01406/VAR
Variation of Conditions 2 (approved drawings) and 7 of the planning permission reference: 2024/00632/FUL dated 17th February 2025 for the “Amalgamation of the existing 2no. self-contained flats (lower ground floor and upper floor levels) into a single dwellinghouse; erection of a single storey rear extension, following the demolition of existing two storey rear extension; enclosing the front room with a brick wall and a canopy above, at lower ground floor level; replacement of an existing rooflight with a new dormer window in the front roofslope; installation of a new enlarged dormer window to replace existing, and installation of 1no. rooflight in the side roofslope; installation of new windows to replace all existing, to the front and rear elevations; associated external alterations.” Amendments sought to Condition 2 to include changing the material finish on the flat roof extension to a single ply membrane with standing seam profile, alterations to lower ground rear elevation to include installation of double door to the bedroom in lieu of the previously proposed window and adjacent window blank recess, re-sizing and repositioning of the dormer window on the western roofslope, and amendment to the wording of Condition 7.
