AN APPLICATION HAS BEEN MADE TO PORTSMOUTH CITY COUNCIL IN
RESPECT OF THE FOLLOWING:-
LOCATION: SPRINGFIELD SCHOOL CENTRAL ROAD PORTSMOUTH
PO6 1QY
PROPOSAL: REQUEST FOR EIA SCOPING OPINION UNDER THE TOWN
AND COUNTRY PLANNING (ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT)
REGULATIONS 2017 (AS AMENDED) FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF A
NEW REPLACEMENT SCHOOL FOR 1,200 STUDENTS (A MINOR
INCREASE BY 65 PUPILS) CONSTRUCTED ON THE CURRENT PLAYING
FIELD. ( 25/00001/EIASCO )
THE APPLICATION IS ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL
STATEMENT
The above planning application has been received by the City Council, you
are advised to familiarize yourself with the plans to ensure that you
understand what is being proposed.
You can look at a copy of the application and plans online following this link

the progress of the application.
