Application Ref: 23/000007/CM, Applicant: Stenergy (Worcester) Limited, Proposal: Proposed Anaerobic Digestion facility for a Biomethane Gas to Grid Plant, creation of new access and haul road from Hindlip Lane and ancillary works – AMENDED/FURTHER INFORMATION, Location: Court Farm, Hindlip Lane, Hindlip, Worcestershire, WR3 8SS

Stenergy (Worcester) Limited is applying to Worcestershire County Council for planning permission for the above proposal. The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated, as it is located within the Green Belt. The development may affect the setting of a Conservation Area(s) and Listed Building(s). The County Council previously consulted on the above proposal from 24 August 2023 until 21 September 2023, 7 November 2024 until 5 December 2024 and 5 December 2024 until 30 December 2024. The applicant has submitted amended/further information, and the County Council are now seeking comments on this amended/further information. Members of the public may inspect electronic copies of the amended/further information, together with the application, plans and other documents submitted with it online at: https://worcestershire.planning-register.co.uk/ using the above application reference from 29 May 2025 until 19 June 2025.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application and/or amended/further information should write to the Council, either online using the link above or by email/post to the address at the bottom of this notice. The period for making representations about this proposal ends on 19 June 2025. Please state whether you would wish to address the Planning & Regulatory Committee if given the opportunity. All previous comments submitted to the Council on this proposal will be taken into account in the determination of this application, and there is no need to write again, unless you wish to amend or withdraw your comments, or make further comments on the application and/or amended/further information.
