Affects Setting of a Listed Building, Erection of a domestic wind turbine with a maximum height of 20m. Old Mill Farm, Mill Lane, Maltby Le Marsh, A C Jacklin, (02342/25/FUL). Conservation Area, Section 73 application to vary condition 8 (restriction on hours) previously imposed on planning permission ref. no.
