NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 15
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Leicestershire County Council – Operational Property Services is applying for planning permission for Erection of 3no Marques, 2no cabins and 1no toilet block for temporary usage until 4th July due to structural issues within the main hall at the site. Temporary structures are required to maintain registration service functions and other site provisions whilst remedial works are carried out at Beaumanor Hall, Beaumanor Drive, Woodhouse, LE12 8TX. This development will affect the setting of a listed building.
The application may be inspected at: http://leicestershire.planning-register.co.uk/Comments, quoting reference (2025/Reg3Ma/0071/LCC) should be received within 21 days either via the County Council’s website, by email to planningcontrol@leics.gov.uk or in writing to Leicestershire County Council (Planning, Historic & Natural Environment) Chief Executive’s Department, County Hall, Glenfield, Leicester LE3 8RA.
