Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:

Affects the Setting of Listed Building -

Application: 14/25/0014 Demolition of dwelling and erection of 1 No. dwelling with garage and home office at The Bungalow, Charlton Road, Creech St Michael.

Application: 23/25/0022 Removal of cement based render and re pointing of stone wall in lime based mortar at Old Chapel House, Fore Street, Milverton (retention of works already undertaken).

Application: 48/25/0029 Erection of a single storey extension, with glass link, to the side with internal alterations and replacement of windows at Sidbrook Lodge, Greenway, West Monkton.

Application: 3/31/25/006 Installation of solar panels to outbuilding with alterations to fenestration on the house at Kingswood Farm, Nevys Lane to Yard Ash Lane, Stogumber, TA4 3TP.

Listed Building Consent -

Application: 48/25/0030/LB

The applications can be viewed online www.somerset.gov.uk/planning-west or at Council Offices & libraries. Comments must be submitted in writing either online, by email planningwest@somerset.gov.uk or posted to Somerset Planning West, County Hall, Taunton TA1 4DY within 21 days (quote the application number).
