Any person wishing to make representations should write to Development Services, Pathfinder House, St Mary’s Street, Huntingdon, PE29 3TN with 14 days of the publication of this Notice. Copies of the submitted plans can be inspected by appointment at Council Sites. The application including plans and other documents is also available to view from Huntingdonshire District Council’s Web site at www.huntingdonshire.gov.uk/planning. It is also possible to submit comments using your own care to check your response has been received by this office.

The provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act, 1985 require that any letters received may be open to public inspection. This includes your name and address if representations will be made to the Case Officer and the Applicant.

In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, if you have made any comments, a copy of those will be sent to the Secretary of State. In the interests of fairness, any representations should not be withdrawn at this stage but may be added to the appeal, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
