erection of up to 98 dwellings including affordable housing, with public open
space, landscaping, sustainable drainage system (SuDS) and vehicular

7. Proposed single storey rear extension to replace modern conservatory,
replace plastic dormer window with timber and composite front door with
timber, and removal of shed to facilitate conversion of existing outshut to

8. Afects the setting of a Listed Building. Dairy building; Change of use and
conversion of the mid-section of the existing stables into a holiday let and

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 above. Listed Building Consent in respect of 2, 3 and 7 above.
