Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been made to Chesterfield Borough Council.

CHE/25/00283/FUL - Demolition of existing buildings & erection of a three-storey building (top floor in roof-space) containing 11 bedrooms to be occupied as a house in multiple occupation, with associated parking and amenity space - revised scheme of CHE/24/00023/FUL at 3A Wharf Lane, S41 7NE, for Dovedale Property Ltd. Reason: Setting of a listed building.

CHE/25/00186/LBC - Installation of push bars to reception doorways at Town Hall, Rose Hill, S40 1LP. Reason: Listed Building Consent, Conservation Area.

CHE/25/00224/REM - Reserved Matters details (layout, appearance, scale and landscaping) relating to the development of 452 dwellings in connection with Outline permission CHE/21/00549/OUT at Land Off Dunston Road, Chesterfield, S41 9RL. Reason: Major Application Public Right of Way Setting of a listed building.

CHE/25/00272/LBC - Internal & external alterations at Rose Hill United Reformed Church, Soresby Street, S40 1JW. Reason Conservation Area, Listed Building Consent. CHE/25/00319/REM - Reserved matters application for CHE/13/00675/OUT

Erection of 11 industrial units & associated works at Land Accessed From, Farndale Road, Staveley. Reason: Major Application CHE/25/00197/FUL & CHE/25/00198/LBC Change of use to dwellinghouse with alterations & Internal and external alterations at Hurst House, 11 Abercrombie Street, S41 7LW. Reason: Conservation Areas, Listed Building Consent, Setting of a listed building.

CHE/25/00222/LBC - Installation of PIV system at St Helena Centre, 3 Sheffield Road, Stonegravels, S41 7LL. Reason: Listed Building Consent

CHE/25/00395/FUL & CHE/25/00396/LBC Replacement of flat roof & installation of steel guardrails at Market Hall, Market Place, S40 1AR. Reason: Listed Building Consent, conservation area

CHE/25/00305/LBC - Listed Building consent for replacement of existing facade lighting to current standards a complimentary heritage lighting at Market Hall, Market Place, S40 1AR. Reason: Listed Building Consent, Conservation Areas

CHE/25/00310/FUL & CHE/25/00311/LBC Works to facilitate the conversion of the building to 20 residential units at Tapton

House, Brimington Road, Tapton, Chesterfield, S41 0TD. Reasons: Listed Building Consent, Major Application.

CHE/25/00302/FUL - Shop front repairs including removal of render to original stonework, new UPVC window to replace existing wooden unit, new shop front timber fascia, cornicing & pilasters at 414 Chatsworth Road, S40 3BQ. Reason:

Conservation Area.

CHE/25/00317/LBC - Listed building consent for re-roofing at Manor House, 84

Whittington Hill, Old Whittington, S41 9HA. Reason: Listed Building Consent
