The following applications have been received by the Council. The reason for advertising is indicated at the end of the details of the application. The reason abbreviations are LB = Listed Building, CA = Conservation Area

PL/25/1229/HBLB

The Old Farm House, Bank Green, Bellingdon

Listed building consent for rebuilding of existing non-original dilapidated and damaged dwarf wall.

PL/25/1230/HBLB

Pond Cottage, Flaunden Farm, Chesham Road

Listed building consent for internal alterations comprising replacement stairs and new balustrade, adjust/replace door to bedroom, block up door to toilet and remove internal wall between bathroom and toilet.

The Swan Public House, Blackwell Hall Lane, Ley Hill

Listed building consent for external repairs, replacement fenestration, insertion of 2 new windows, 2 new rooflights. Removal of 2 existing dome rooflights, replacing with one rooflight. Removal of existing uPVC guttering and downpipes, replacement with cast metal. Installation of new downpipe and localised soakaway.

Listed building consent for insertion of roof slope, fire partitions in loft space, refurbishment of windows, internal repairs and refurbishment.

PL/25/0966/FACA

Chapel House, The Platt, Amersham

Demolition of existing conservatory to front, fenestration alterations and part raising of roof to existing flat room.

There will be no further opportunity to comment on householder applications that go to appeal.
