Affects a Conservation Area: NYM/2025/0235, Donna Fountain, Town Pasture Farm, Lavender Lane, Boltby, alterations to fenestration, construction of porch and two dormer windows, installation of five rooflights and 16 solar panels together with construction of link extension and alterations to outbuilding to facilitate domestic use, removal of oil tank and siting of air source heat pump
Affects a Listed Building and a Conservation Area: NYM/2025/0336, Dr Julian Bourchier, Forge Cottage, Nether Silton, variation of condition 2 of Listed Building consent NYM/2021/0561/LB to allow changes to the design of windows 18 and 19
