What is planned?

INTENTION TO DISPOSE OF OPEN SPACE LAND
Notice is hereby given that the Sevenoaks District Council as the owner of the following plots of land, which are or may be open space, intends to dispose of those plots as follows:
• Land to the rear of 42 Clarks Lane, Halstead, Kent (approximate area of 401sqm) likely to a registered housing provider or at auction
•Land adjacent to 1 Southdene, Halstead, Kent (approximate area of 174sqm) to the parish council
•Land adjacent to 6 Parkside, Halstead, Kent (approximate area of 192sqm) to the parish council
•Land between 22 & 26 Chantlers Mead, Cowden, Kent (approximate area of 377sqm) to the parish council
• Land to the rear of 2 - 12 Northfeld, Hartley, Kent (approximate area of 447sqm) at auction
• Land at the junction of Brambledown & Hawthorns, Hartley, Kent DA3 7ER (approximate area of 535sqm) at auction
• Land north of recreation area at junction of Caxton Close & Woodland Avenue, Hartley, Kent DA3 7DL (approximate area of 674sqm) at auction
• Land between 8 & 10 Porchester Close, Hartley, Kent DA3 7DQ (approximate area of 254sqm) at auction
• Land opposite 16 - 20 Vernon Close, West Kingsdown, Kent TN15 6JY (approximate area of 466sqm) at auction
• Land at Palace Approach, Otford, Kent TN15 6JY (approximate area of 1,500sqm) to the parish council
• Land west of 5-10 Small Grains, Fawkham, Kent (approximately 650sqm) likely to a registered housing provider or at auction
• Land west of 1-4 Small Grains, Fawkham, Kent (approximately 1905sqm) likely to a registered housing provider or at auction
A copy of the plans showing the lands intended to be transferred may be inspected at Council Offces, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1HG between the hours of 8.45am and 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.45am and 4.45pm on Fridays.
