What is planned?

Notice Is Hereby Given that the District Council has received applications for planning permission, Listed Building Consent a Departure,Major Development, Significant Development, or which may affect a Public Right of Way, as the case may be, for developments as briefly described in the following schedule.
MO/2025/0727: Units 1 to 4 The old Stables, Okewood Hill, Okewood Hill, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 5NA, Variation of Condition 3 and 5 of approved planning application MO/2024/2013 for the change of use from Class E (office) space and one unit of B8 (storage and distribution) use totalling 299m² to a flexible Class E, B8 and Class F1a: learning and nonresidential institutions use class and erection of fencing. to allow flexible use within Class E and to allow operating hours of 07.30 to 18.00pm Mondays to Fridays and 07.30-13.00 Saturdays.
MO/2025/0767 & MO/2025/0768: Youngs, Coles Lane, Ockley, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 5LT; Repair part of the roofscape, due to dilapidation, insulate the roof with lambs wool insulation, install a conservation rooflight to the west facing roof to provide a fire escape from the top floor.
MO/2025/0778: Land south of Coles Lane, Ockley, Surrey, RH5 5HW; Reserved Matters application for the consideration of appearance, landscaping, layout and scale pursuant to outline planning permission Ref MO/2020/0667/OUTMAJ (allowed under appeal Ref: APP/C3620/W/21/3272057) for a residential scheme of up to 60 dwellings, with associated landscaping, amenity space, sustainable urban drainage system (SuDS), and associated works.
MO/2025/0818 & MO/2025/0826: Palmers Farm, Newdigate Road, Beare Green, Dorking, Surrey, RH5 4QD, Proposed repair and conversion of curtilage Listed barn to form 1 dwelling and proposed 5 x new build dwellings.
MO/2025/0820 & MO/2025/0823: The Granary, Brockham Court Farm, Brockham Green, Brockham, Betchworth, Surrey, RH3 7JS, Erection of single story rear extension.
