FOR: Proposed repair and refurbishment of Grade II Listed Crow Trees Farmhouse, including internal alterations and reconfiguration; 3 flush fitting conservation roof lights; replacement external windows and doors; 1 new window opening to west elevation; extension of existing outbuilding/cartshed to form garage; repairs to coal shed and arbour; repairs to external grounds. FOR: Proposed single-storey extension to rear. Application number: 3/2025/0220
AT: Tillotsons Arms 18 Talbot Street Chipping PR3 2QE FOR: Regularisation of unauthorised removal of first floor front timber bay window and replacement with upvc window and metal balustrade. Application number: 3/2025/0341

Representations on the above application/s should be made in writing within 21 days from the date of this Notice as, after this date, the Council is entitled to make a decision. Any representations received will be available for inspection by members of the public on the website and in the Planning Department, and will be sent to the Secretary of State in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission.
