21 days of publication of this Notice to the Head of Development

amended before decision, but only if the Council considers the

Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2025
The Council has made the above Order under Sections 14 and 15
of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (as amended by the Road
Traffic (Temporary Restrictions) Act 1991). Location: Forth Drive,
Kingshurst — from outside of property number 103 to outside of
property number 155 from Monday 26th May 2025 until Monday
36th Juns 2025 (24 hours a day). Works on behalf of: Cadent Gas.
Reason for restriction: Utility service works. Diversion route: Forth
Drive. Access will be maintained through the site for Police, Fire and
Ambulance Services responding to emergencies. Pedestrian access
to all properties within the restriction and access through the
restriction will be maintained along defined routes throughout the

(Fieldfare Croft, Castle Bromwich) (Footpath Closure}

Temporary Traffic Regulation Order 2025
The Council gives notice that it intends to make the above Order to
ensure that the following works can be undertaken in safety along
Fieldfare Croft, Castle Bromwich — closure of footpath leading from
north of Fieldfare Croft, intersecting with Landrail Walk and
finishing on Nightingale Avenue footpath from Sunday ist June
2025 at 08:00 until Monday 1st September 2025 at 23:59. Works
on behalf of: National Grid. Reason for restriction: Utility service
works. Diversion route: Fieldfare Croft, Kingfisher Drive, Robin
Close, Nightingale Avenue, Landrail Walk and Pheasant Croft.
Access will be maintained through the site for Police, Fire and
Ambulance Services responding to emergencies. Pedestrian
access to all properties within the restriction and access through
the restriction will be maintained along defined routes throughout

(80mph Maximum Speed Limit and Revocations) Order 2025
The Council proposes to make this Order under the Road Traffic
Regulation Act 1984 as amended, and all other enabling powers.
The draft Order and reasons for making it can be obtained by
written request from the address below; or by visiting Solihull

object to the above Order, please write to Mr L Stevenson, Legal
& Democratic Services Division, at the address below stating the
reasons by no later than 13 June 2025. The proposals are:
Proposed Maximum 30mph Speed Limit {to replace existing
Maximum 40mph Speed Limit) Barston Lane - From Eastcote
Lane, in a westerly direction for a distance of 695m. Barston Lane
- From Knowle Road, in an easterly direction for a distance of
2472m. Eastcote Lane - From Barston Lane, in a north easterly
direction for a distance of 331m. Friday Lane — From Barston Lane,
in a north westerly direction for a distance of 427m. Knowle Road
— From Barston Lane, in a south westerly direction for a distance of
400m. Oak Lane - From Barston Lane to its cul-de-sac end (entire
length). Ryton End - From Barston Lane to its cul-de-sac end (entire
length). Walsal End Lane - From Eastcote Lane to its cul-de-sac
end (entire length).
