The following applications have been made to the City Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts.
25F/1255 - 270 Picton Road (15) Applicant Fandy Al Johmani. To install external flue to side in connection with the use of the premises as a hot food take-away.
25L/0777 - Arnot St Mary Church of England Primary School, Arnot Street (4) Applicant Mr Daniel Paton. To undertake internal alterations for the rearrangement of nursery and early years spaces and associated accommodation on the ground and first floor.
25L/1286 - 6a Victoria Street (2) Applicant Turtle Bay Hospitality Ltd. To install new balustrade following the removal of an internal glazed wall.
23F/3075 4-10 Gildart Street (3) Applicant Mr K. Odger (Molyneux Developments Ltd). To erect a 6 storey building for student accommodation with rooftop plant room and external terrace comprising 25 studios and 10 x 5 bed cluster flats with 1 no. ground floor flexible Use Class E unit, cycle parking and plant at basement level including demolition of existing building. **Amended description and Amended plans received**.
25F/0675 & 25L/0759 - Hanover House, 85 Hanover Street (1) Applicant Mr. J Motlagh. To erect two storey rear extension from the fourth floor, single storey rear extension to the third floor and undertake front fenestration alterations in connection with the use of the third to sixth floors as no. 15 apartments and the retention of the ground to second floors as a theatre and commercial units.
25F/1237 - 17 Woolton Street (25) Applicant Mr. Dave Connor. To erect single storey rear extension and install bin and cycle stores.
24H/3268 & 25L/1352 - 3 Aigburth Hall Avenue (19) Applicant Mr & Mrs Halpin. To undertake internal and external alterations, including single storey rear extension and fenestration alterations throughout including installation of roof lights to front and rear following the removal of existing rear extension and no. 4 rooflights.
25F/1346 & 25L/1347- 14 York Cottages (25) Applicant Mr Stephen Campion, Evolve Facility Services. Replacement of all existing windows at the property.
25F/1299- Liver Launderette, 75 High Street, Wavertree (15) Applicant Sharon Gamble, Associated Liver Launderettes Limited. To carry out repairs to existing roof, to replace existing windows with UPVC and to replace existing rear doors with black timber flush doors.
25F/1295 & 25L/0620 - Ahmadiyya Mosque, Breck Road (5) Applicant Irfan Quraishi, Ahmadiyya Muslim Association UK. To carry out various internal alterations, various external works and repairs, including replacement windows and formation of minarets to roof, installation of signage on front elevation of the building.
25A/1296 - Ahmadiyya Mosque, Breck Road (5) Applicant Irfan Quraishi, Ahmadiyya Muslim Association UK. To display 3 no. non-internally illuminated signs.
25H/1177 & 25L/1350 - 10 North Road (19) Applicant Louise Kenny & Matthew Hewitt. To demolish existing outbuilding to rear and erect new outbuilding to use as a garage, alterations to driveway including widening of existing gateposts.
25H/0421 - 81 Ullet Road (17) Applicant Basel Shakhashiro. To replace the existing UPVC casement windows with UPVC sliding sash windows and install a new hardwood door within the side elevation; following the demolition of the existing porch.
25F/0643 - Unit 14, The Colonnades, Albert Dock (3) Applicant BACCINO (Pasta Cosa). To convert existing unit to a pasta deli (Use Class E(b)) with opening hours of Monday Friday 11:30-21:00 and Saturday 12:00-21:00 and Sunday 12:00-20:00, installation of new mezzanine level with stair access, new kitchen to rear and new ventilation system.

Any comments you want to make must be received by 19th June 2025 and can be made online or in writing to the Director of Planning & Building Control, Cunard Building, Water Street, Liverpool, L3 1AH.
In the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, for a householder application only, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
