ACCOMPANIED BY AN ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT

Further to previous notice, amendments have been received in relation to planning application.

Demolition of the existing buildings and the erection of two buildings (Block A - part 12, part 10, part 2 storey and Block B - part 15, part 11 storey) to provide residential apartments (Use Class C3) comprising 155 (1-bed x 67, 2-bed x 39, and 3-bed x 34) with associated facilities, and flexible workspace (Use Class E) (447sqm) with associated access, parking and landscaping arrangements, including the stopping up (closure) of Kingsgate Road.

This application is made by Kingston Gate Properties Ltd and is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

Further information and evidence respecting environmental statements has been received in accordance with Regulation 25 of the Town and Country Planning (Environmental Impact Assessment) Regulations 2017.

Additional information has been received in respect of:

  • Updated Environmental Statement (March 2025);

  • Updated Daylight Sunlight and Overshadowing Report;

  • Updated Transport Response Note; and

  • Other additional/updated technical documents.

This application is a Major Development accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
