Publication: 29 May 2025 - The following application has been received by the Council:

Applicant: Industrial Birmingham 3 Ltd c/o WSP - Ref: PAP/2025/0201 Unit 6A, Hams Hall National Distribution Park, Faraday Avenue, Coleshill - Change of use of existing warehouse to B2 / B8 / E(g)ii / E(g)iii use, external works including elevational alterations, new plant area, external seating area, and external lighting, and provision of electric vehicle charging points, cycle parking, and HGV barriers.

Reason: Major Development.
The above applications may be viewed at The Council House, South Street, Atherstone. Opening hours are 9.00 am to 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday or via the Planning Application Search page of the Council’s website.
