The following applications have been received by the Council and are required to be advertised under the above Acts:

A/25/098750/MAJOR Vacant Land Water Street Atherton. Construction of 35 dwellings, new vehicular access and associated infrastructure, with hard and soft landscaping thereto

The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Howe Bridge.

A/25/098846/FULL St Michaels Church Of England Primary School Leigh Road Atherton Manchester. Installation of 4 air conditioning compressor units with 2.1 metre high timber fencing and gate enclosure. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.

The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Leigh Town Centre.

A/25/098890/COU Rear Of Turnpike House, Back Market Street, Leigh, WN7 1DR. Change of use of existing ground floor storage area into a Community Centre and Place of Worship, with associated external alterations including additional windows and alterations to the entrance door, bike and bin storage provision together with the installation of 2 no. extractor grilles with 2 no. EV charging points. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.

The Council has received the following planning application which is located within a Conservation Area: Leigh Town Centre.

A/25/098980/CEU Horn House 1A Bold Street Leigh WN7 1BJ. Change of use from first floor offices to a 10 bedroom 10 person House in Multiple Occupation (Sui Generis). A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.

The Council has received the following planning application which affects a Conservation Area:

A/25/098945/MAJOR South Side Of Guided Busway Astley Street Tyldesley. Construction of a new Travel Hub and Park and Ride Scheme alongside alterations to existing car park, together with associated infrastructure, lighting, landscaping and public access improvements. A planning application has been made to Wigan Council for the above proposal, which the Council considers would affect the character or appearance of the Conservation Area.
