d) Construction of hard standings for touring caravan pitches, access road and turning head, installation of electric hook ups, location of bin store and installation of chemical disposal tank all in connection with certified camping/ caravan site (retrospective application) at Land South and East of Hill House Cowden Lane With ernwick HU11 4TX (Ref: 25/01144/PLF)
e) Erection of a single storey extension to rear at Crawshaw Farm Annexe Westfield Lane Fitling HU12 9AH (Ref: 25/01142/PLB) f) Erection of a single storey extension to rear at Crawshaw Farm Annexe Westfield Lane Fitling HU12 9AH (Ref: 25/01140/PLF)

h) Variation of Condition 13 (approved drawings) of planning permission 13/02782/PLF (Erection of 3 no dwellings and garages following demolition of existing dwelling and garage) to allow design modifications to dwelling and garage on Plot 2 at Carisbrook 45A Main Street Elloughton HU15 IJP (Ref: 25/01121NAR)
Proposal (h) is within a Conservation Area designated under Section 69 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. Proposals (a,e,f,g) are Listed Buildings scheduled under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposals (c,h) affect the setting of a Listed Building under Section 1 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
Proposal (d) affects a public right of way. Proposal (b) is a major development. Proposals (a,g) are for telecommunication developments.
