TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACTS – NOTICES OF APPLICATIONS

The following applications have been submitted to the Council and are being advertised for the reason(s) given in each case.

25/00706/PA - 10 DRY HILL PARK ROAD TONBRIDGE TN10 3BN – Mr Duncan Steer is applying for External alterations & enlargement of existing single storey extension to rear to full width of property. Reason: CA, HH

25/00754/PA - 17 HIGH STREET AYLESFORD ME20 7AX – Mrs Elaine Smith is applying for Installation of wrought iron railings. Reason: CA, LB, HH

25/00767/PA - LAND EAST OF Town Hill West Malling - Cooleo Properties Ltd is applying for Outline Application: Residential development consisting of 8no. self-build plots with all matters reserved except for means of access, layout & landscaping. Reason: CA

25/00819/PA - 54 Quarry Hill Road Tonbridge TN9 2SA - Shell Oil UK Products Limited is applying for Revised Provision of 4 x EVC bays & Associated Works to re-instate customer parking area to 7 spaces in total. Reason: CA

25/00831/PA - 624 Tonbridge Road Wateringbury Maidstone ME18 5PU - Tregothnan is applying for Demolition of the existing buildings & the erection of 3no. replacement dwellings with associated access, landscaping & infrastructure at Wisteria Villas. Reason: PROW

HH Householder application - As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage.
