25/P/00476 Hazelhurst Farm, Tithebarns Lane, Send - Application under section 73 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) for the variation of condition 2 (drawing numbers) of planning permission 23/P/01564 approved 12/12/2023 (for the erection of single storey side extension with roof lantern, two storey rear extension and new entrance together with dormers to roof and changes to fenestration following demolition of existing conservatory and rear extension) to update the drawings to omit an opening and block it up with timber cladding.

25/P/00654 Stoke Mill, Woking Road, Guildford - Change of use of vacant offices to a public house with ancillary staff accommodation; demolition of single storey building; erection of single storey front extension and single storey rear extension; alterations to access; alterations to car park including cycle parking, electric vehicle charging and all other associated works.

25/P/00662 Millmead Island, Millmead, Guildford - Construction of a fish pass channel on Millmead Island including earthworks, a gabion basket lined channel, formation of an inlet structure acting as a towpath bridge (pre-cast concrete, concreate and piling), outlet structure (rock ramp), creation of two sections of larinier/brush pass, landscaping and fencing works. Biodiversity Net Gain habitat bank planting off-site (to be further developed and agreed).
