NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that applications have been made to the BOROUGH COUNCIL of NEWCASTLE-UNDER-LYME for planning permission for the development set out below: -

Development affecting a Conservation Area /Listed Building
1. Erection of 2 No. poultry houses and associated infrastructure at Willoughbridge Lodge Farm Willoughbridge Lane Willoughbridge Market Drayton Shropshire TF9 4JL by Mr Paul Parton - Parton Poulets Ltd. File ref: 25/00318/FUL. (Application is for major Development and affects the setting of a Grade II* Listed Building) The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2010 Article 13
1.Full (detailed) application for the erection of 63 apartments within Use Class C3, hard and soft landscaping works and provision of access and parking provision at Former Site of The Zanzibar Marsh Parade Newcastle Under Lyme Staffordshire by Durata Development Ltd. File ref 25/00349/ FUL.
2.Change of use from B2 (Industrial) to B2 (Industrial) and B8 (Storage and Distribution) at Robust UK (Unit 3), Coaldale Road, Newcastle, Staffs ST5 9QX by The Corporation Trust Company. File Ref: 25/00265/FUL
The Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) Order 2010 Article 13
1.Development of up to 220,000m2 GIA of storage and distribution units (B8), general industrial units (B2) and industrial units (E(g)(iii)); training and education (F1(a)) and occupier support services accommodation; service yards and parking areas; new main vehicular access off the A500 and emergency access off Barthomley Road; lorry parking and ancillary driver amenity facilities; with associated landscaping, earthworks, drainage and attenuation features and other associated works (outline, all matters reserved except for the principal means of vehicular access to the Site) at Land South East Adjacent Junction 16, M6 at Cheshire Boundary, Newcastle Under Lyme, Staffordshire by Indurent Management Ltd. File ref. 25/00346/OUT. (Application for outline planning permission, accompanied by an EIA, for major development affecting public rights of way).
The proposed development does not accord with the provisions of the development plan in force in the area in which the land to which the application relates is situated.
During the period of 21 days beginning with the date of the publication of this Notice you may call in to Castle House Barracks Road Newcastleunder-Lyme ST5 1BL at any time between the hours of 9.00 am to 4.30 pm on weekdays only, or the Customer Services Centre in Kidsgrove Town Hall Liverpool Road Kidsgrove between the hours of 9.00 am to 1.00 pm or 2.00 pm to 5.00 pm on weekdays only, to inspect the application plans and documents.
