I give notice that Charlotte Brice is applying to Somerset Council for full planning permission under Section 62 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) for the demolition of barns and erection of 1 No. dwelling, including garage/workshop/annexe building, access arrangements, landscaping and associated works (following Class Q approval under ABD/39/22/001).
Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application should write to Somerset Council at Development Management, Somerset Council, The Deane House, Belvedere Road, Taunton TA1 1HE by 12th June 2025.
