HOUSEHOLDER APPLICATION

Notice of proposed development/works at 3 Bough Gap Barn, Keighley Road, Trawden. 25/0327/HHO Full: Insertion of a new window to North Elevation and a glazed double door to West Elevation of existing outbuilding. The proposal is within the Trawden Forest Conservation Area and the Winewall and Cotton Tree Conservation Area. As this is a householder application, in the event of an appeal against a refusal of planning permission, which is to be dealt with on the basis of representations in writing, any representations made about this application will be sent to the Secretary of State, and there will be no further opportunity to comment at appeal stage. The Council has received this application and is required to advertise it under the above legislation. A copy of the application can be inspected during normal office hours at Number One Market Street, Nelson until 13 June 2025.
