1. Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Demolition of existing single storey
bungalow and erection of 2 dwellings with retained access. The Cedars,
Station Road, Northiam RR/2025/431/P
2. Repair of listed building following fire damage. 32 Ninfield Road, The New Inn, Bexhill RR/2025/629/L
3. Robertsbridge Conservation Area. Proposed repair of timber porch canopy where possible with replacement if required. George Inn, High Street, Salehurst/Robertsbridge RR/2025/643/L
4. Affects the Setting of a Listed Building. Proposed 3 No. dwellings with parking and relocation of existing parking from the front of the site in order to accommodate visibility splay to the site entrance. Cross Inn, Cripps Corner Road, Staplecross, Ewhurst RR/2025/645/P
5. Affects the setting of a Listed Building. Proposed greenhouse. Durhamford, Stream Lane, Sedlescombe RR/2025/671/P

Notice is hereby given that application has been made to Rother District Council for Planning Permission in respect of 1, 4 and 5 above. Listed Building Consent in respect of 2 and 3 above.
