Application for Hazardous Substances Consent

The Planning (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2015
Notice is hereby given that Gasrec is applying to Warwick District Council for Hazardous Substances Consent for the construction of a new Natural Gas (Biomethane) Refuelling Station at DHL, Samaritan Way, Baginton, CV8 3EE. The application is submitted in respect of this new construction.
Members of the public may inspect a copy of the application at Warwick District Council, Royal Pump Rooms, The Parade, Royal Leamington Spa, CV32 4AA during office hours from the 9th June to the 4th July 2025.
The Hazardous Substances Authority (from which relevant information can be obtained) will decide whether or not to grant consent and will decide under what conditions to grant consent.
