What is planned?
Notice under section 97, 98 and 99 of the Town and
Country Planning Act 1990 (As Amended) to Modify a
decision notice
Hastings Borough Council hereby give notice of its intention to modify the decision notice of
planning application HS/OA/24/00611
The council has incorrectly imposed a three year commencement of development condition and
identified the wrong drawing numbers within the decision notice.
The existing decision notice and the draft proposed modified notice can be viewed online at
Within 28 days of the date of this notice any person affected by the order may give notice to the
Secretary of State that they wish for an opportunity of appearing before, and being heard by, a
person appointed by the Secretary of State for the purpose.
If no such notice is given to the Secretary of State, the order may take effect by virtue of section 99
of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990 (as amended) without being confirmed by the
Secretary of State on 4th July 2025.
