Notice is hereby given that the following applications have been received:

Application No. 15/25/00004: Corners, New Road, Stone Allerton, Axbridge, BS26 2NW. Alteration of boundary wall to form vehicular access onto highway with associated hardstanding. This site lies within a Conservation Area. (Householder application).

Application No. 15/25/00005: Tavener Court, Front Street, Stone Allerton, Axbridge, BS26 2NN. Installation of driveway gates. This site lies within a Conservation Area. (Householder application).

Application No. 17/25/00023: 99 Redcliffe Street, Cheddar, BS27 3PF. Rebuild & heighten garden rear wall, repair front elevation & driveway walls, install greenhouse, remove front border, replace front path, install stable block apron & dress driveway, repair front wall plate & replace back wall plate, replace guttering & pipework with cast iron, repair front door, lower NE pathway, install lead trays & replace mortar on East gable, install iron brace & stone corbel in Reception Room 1, relocate 2no. front walls, install pergola & patio to rear. This application affects a listed building.

Application No. 17/25/00024: 99 Redcliffe Street, Cheddar, BS27 3PF. This application affects a listed building. (Householder application). For applications identified as householder, if an appeal against a refusal of planning permission is submitted, there will be no further opportunity to comment at the appeal stage.
