Notice is hereby given that the TANDRIDGE DISTRICT COUNCIL has received the following applications for planning permission or which affect a listed building, conservation area, Tree Preservation Order, public footpath/ bridleway or major development. Details are available at the Council Offices, Oxted or at www.tandridge.gov.uk/planning. Information about viewing/commenting on applications is available via our automated telephone service (0300 100 0041) or by visiting the website.

Town & Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015 - notice under article 15, & planning (listed building & buildings in conservation area) regulations 1990, & town & country planning (environmental impact assessment) regulations 2017 - notice under article 25
2025/422 - Flintfield Lodge, Rca Kenley Aerodrome, Whyteleafe Hill, Whyteleafe. Restoration of former Lodge Building to provide 1no. dwelling, including single storey side extension with roof lantern and solar panels, new parking area to south, and associated landscaping (part retrospective).
2025/458 - Tandridge Golf Club, Godstone Road, Oxted, Surrey. New water storage lake, with associated security fence and landscaping.
2025/421 - Former, 70 to 74 Godstone Road, Whyteleafe. Variation of Condition 2 (approved plans) of planning permission ref. 2021/1011 dated 25th May 2023 (erection of four storey building with commercial uses on the ground floor and 12 flats above) in order to extend the north side of the building.
2025/459 - 128 High Street, Godstone. Installation of a stretched tent structure to the rear elevation at The Bell Inn. (Listed Building Consent).
2025/413 - Land at Longsdon Way, Caterham. Full planning application for 42 affordable dwellings, green infrastructure, public open space, biodiversity enhancements, parking, and vehicular and pedestrian access arrangements.
