NYM/2025/0326 and NYM/2025/0327, Mr Keith Carnegie, Bedlington Cottage, 7 The Esplanade, Robin
Hoods Bay, planning permission and Listed Building Consent for installation of replacement box sash timber windows and doors, construction of replacement dormer and installation of two rooflights and flue to rear elevation and changes to rainwater goods and Listed Building Consent for internal alterations.
